Paul & I are the body corporate on site managers for Papillon Villas at 2 Richmond Close, Coolum Beach. We have been in our current role for the past 8 years & in that time we have required the service of Hatfull Homes Pty Ltd on many occasions.
The scope of work has been building maintenance & rectification work on villas which were incomplete by the previous developer. Our complex is in the upper end of the market & Mark was required to work on 4 villas to bring them up to a high standard so that they could be sold.
