This project was to supervise the renovations of the J at Noosa. We were awarded the contract by the project manager Archicology, architects for the Sunshine Coast Regional Council.
They selected my Company, as this was in a sensitive environment, with the J being used and the general public still having access to the building during renovations.
We were on a tight time frame and had to be complete the job in 3 weeks. With my team we not only come in on time, but the general public would not even know any work had been done as it married in to the old building like it was always there.
Some of the renovations were to meet the new Fire Building codes for escape access and dispersal of the general public if there was a fire within the building.
