I commenced my own Building Company back in 1984 after getting registered at 24 years of age, building many homes between 1984 and 2015.
We developed 36 lots in Coolum in conjunction with a joint venture partner Value $7.2million
During the early years of the company, we constructed homes for the Queensland Housing commission with strict quality control processes in place. These best practices and processes have been used in our company over the years, with updating and changing as the projects got more complex. A lot of projects in the $300,000 to 2 million were under taken as Design & Construct or Project Management. There are many examples of our work in the Noosa hinterland, Buderim and around the Coolum beach area .
Mark Hatfull enjoys yoga 3 times a week. The last 10 years has also seen Mark design, patent and market a surfboard trailer (Quiver Kaddy) which can be hitched to your bike. The last 6 years has seen a new passion/hobby arising – Stand Up Paddle Boarding.

WE are here for the long hall with three generations of Hatfulls now in the construction industry, with a proven performance base going back to 1960 with my Father working for my Grand father’s building company in England.
I became a registered builder back in 1984 and my son Jayden has finished his apprenticeship with 2 years as a Qualified carpenter . My nephew Warwick is now a qualified architect and my brother Harry is also a registered builder. The building and construction industry is in our blood and almost any project is possible.
